Hello all the bloggers out there . I know this is a topic which many people have included in their blogs. But I couldnt find a better topic to start with.
Well, I was watching the movie ‘Hitch’ yesterday , I must say its a ‘must see’ movie. Hey wait a minute I am not here to give you the story line of the movie. Insted what struck me in the movie was a dialog
“Life is not the no. of breaths you take, its the no. of moments that take your breath away.”
Have you ever tried to recollect such moments in your life .Well, I did and here are some of them which came right from Heart .
1. Mom saying “Dhyan se jana, station par utarna mat, koi kuch de to khana mat, Pahuch kar phone karna.” While coming from home.
2. Recieving mom’s handwritten letter when you are really feeling lonely in the hostel.
3. Huggin your Dad from back when you are on a surprise visit to home.
4. Having 8 cups of tea in one shot outside BusStand just to have few more minutes with your best friend.
5. Encountering the tic-tac-toe in your old notebook, you played with your best pal, while cleaning out your cupboard.
6. Roaming around the campus with flour and egg on your head, after getting a hell lot of bumps on your Birthday night.
7. Having a night out with your best friend on the roof with a blanket and shawl and still shivering with cold as the temprature being 4 DEG in the night.
8. Looking at the Sunset while standing at the shore of sea.
9. Recieving Raakhi from sisters.
10. Having a chat with mom with your eyes closed and head in her lap while she is giving you a head massage.
11. Bursting out with a song in public.
12. Dancing in the rain with an icecream in one hand.
13. Choosing a card for a girl whome you are going to propose next day, and hiding it from everyone at home.
14. Given bike to ride on your own for the first time.
15. Your mom and dad being given a momento because you managed to get a good result.
16. Fighting with your sister for just a piece of cake or chocolate.
17. Taking about an hour to drink a glass of Apple shake in a restaurant ‘coz you have no place to wait for a friend .
These are some of the moments which are written with golden ink in my memories. These moments always bring smile to my face however depressed, however confused, however frustrated I am. I think these are the moments which give you a reason to live on this earth.
